Welcome
The ZX900-R conversion is meant to be a fun extracurricular project that we implement ourselves on our own time. We're very interested in electric powered transportation. Electric motors and motorcycles combine all of our interests and desires into what we believe can help solve a global crisis.
We are two Senior Mechanical Engineering students at the University of Washington. We both love to build things and have a variety of talents. Richard rides bicycles and has worked as a bike mechanic at the Bicycle Center in Seattle. He also worked at EVComponents in Lacey Washington converting cars to electric and worked on battery management systems among other electric vehicle systems. Alex rides a Ducati and has been interested in motorcycles for years. He has worked in a few manufacturing engineering internship positions over the summers.
