Electric Ninja

We built the first battery pack this week. 48 cells, 40 volts with four cells in parallel. Woo hoo! Assembling this pack gave us a good idea of what to expect when designing and assembling future larger packs.

I'm going to be redesigning the motor mount next week, this is because we're still trying to determine how exactly to mount the batteries to the frame. After some discussion this last weekend, we're considering doing some pretty serious modifications to the frame itself to make the battery cages. Everything is up in air, however it would be ideal to keep the original downtubes how they are with few modifications.
