Mission
Our ultimate goal is to build a powerful motorcycle comparable to an internal combustion vehicle in power and range. At the moment we believe that alternating current electric motors are better than direct current motors in many aspects. However, AC motors and controllers are considerably more expensive than DC motors of similar power, so we went with DC for this project.
While the range of the bike is predicted to be around only 50 miles, the large Warp 8 motor will actually make the bike accelerate faster than its gasoline counterpart.
